'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Omdat dit hotel geen ramen heeft die open kunnen is er ontzettend veel schimmelvorming bij het raam en in de badkamer. Ook de douchekop was groen uitgeslagen en dat vind ik niet kunnen. Hij werd dan ook vervangen voor een nieuwe. De ontbijtruimte is veel te klein voor zo'n groot hotel en de focus ligt op Engels ontbijt. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en probleempjes worden direct opgelost. Verder was het prima hoor.'
