'This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon. '

'Excellent value for the price. Close to the city centre, but nice and quiet at night. All facilities at the hotel are what you would expect for a Marriot chain hotel For taxi rides into the centre, use the Bolt app, as it is cheaper than Uber. '

'Me qnd my friend travelled from glasgow and we got there an hour before checkin our room wasnt ready which was fine but staff went above and beyond to get our room ready so we could get in as soon as possible staff were lovely had no issues if ever in Birmingham again would stay again '

'Absolutely great stay… called after booking to ask about check in as we were at an event in town and would be there before check in and maybe late back… could not fault the response from Brian and his team… absolutely superb service. Rooms are functional and represented excellent value for money. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely. If you are after a no frills excellent value for money stay with friendly landlord then you won’t go far wrong. '

'We were accosted at reception by drunk patrons, upon entering the room we noticed the smell of urine, brown curious stains and smudges on the walls .. bugs on the sheets and black mold on the windows'
