'The resort feels more like a hotel with extra flare and not a resort. They’re going through renovations and the crews starting early to beat the heat beat my alarm. The Mountain View rooms are true but with the construction in the picture. The staff was very helpful and delightful to deal with. I would wait until they have the new builds finished before staying. We came here for the kids to enjoy the water park which they enjoyed while we were here so our trip was fulfilled in their eyes....

'This was the BEST resort my family has ever been to! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and clean, the gym is massive and the pools are exactly as you’d expect. The service and the concierge are above and beyond! Our kids are ages 6 and 14 and there was something for them both to do all the time! We will be back and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury resort!'

'The executive suite was okay. It had quite a bit of room, but definitely wasn't maintained like it should be. The couch pull out bed was horrible. It was concave and awful to sleep on. The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall but the conditioner was upside down and wouldn't come out. It was funny but also annoying. The AC was amazing! The pool was fun! The windows looking at the pool from the hall were cool. The breakfast was great! The complimentary water bottles...

'Mijn kamer zou maar 1 x per 2 weken worden schoongemaakt, na 15 dagen ben ik gaan vragen wanneer ze van plan zijn om mijn kamer schoon te maken. Het antwoord was we hebben te weinig personeel, we moeten eerst de kamers welke leeg komen schoon maken, daar was ik zeer gepikeerd over. Ik betaal voor een kamer inclusief service, schoonmaken hoort daar ook bij. Totaal beoordeling van mij is dan ook middelmatig.'

'We loved our stay at the Hilton Tapatio Cliffs! The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. I loved the suite style room with its separate living room. There were several pools throughout the property which really gave vacation vibes. The staff was so wonderful especially house keeping having so much patience with us coming back to clean our room. We ordered in-room dining and found that the serving size was generous and the food delicious! I would definitely stay here again and recommend others...

I felt that the hotel misrepresented itself with the photos online, starting with the pool. There were very few seats available and no amenities. Also, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. 'Perfect place for a construction guy that smokes in the front parking lot. No coffee maker in the room, no cups, no silverware, I wanted to make some tea after a long flight. I had to go to the front desk and beg for a cup. I was there for a week. I bought cups and silverware. I empted my own trash. The first guy at the front desk was great. The others were grumpy. No exercise room. No business area, which I needed for printing. There was a desk in the room which I needed for working. Nice...
