'There was a sign by the elevator stating that the kitchen was closed on July 3rd to give their staff time to spend with their families. Huh? If that’s their priority, then I’ll be staying elsewhere when I come into town for a holiday.'

'The executive suite was okay. It had quite a bit of room, but definitely wasn't maintained like it should be. The couch pull out bed was horrible. It was concave and awful to sleep on. The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall but the conditioner was upside down and wouldn't come out. It was funny but also annoying. The AC was amazing! The pool was fun! The windows looking at the pool from the hall were cool. The breakfast was great! The complimentary water bottles...

'Through our stay the staff was amazing. Joy helped us so much with each and every thing that we came across. Even with a few things in the hotel that couldn’t be controlled, she found the best ways to either solve the problem or compromise for us. 10/10 Give her a raise! The room was very comfortable and came with amenities that made the stay even nicer for an affordable price.
