'Cute beach home close to Bean Pointe! This was our second time staying at this property. This home was perfect before, but has only gotten better with recent renovations after the hurricane in '24. The property is exceptionally clean and functional. You will love the pool and one of our favorite spots was the screened in lanai! The owners are incredibly responsive and they have a great team that manages their property!'

'Conveniently located, comfy home, the pool is super convenient if you have kids and the speakers allowed us to drown out some of the noise. Beach was about a 5 minute walk away, gorgeous water. It was extremely hot out so we spent most of the day either at the beach in the water or at the pool in the water. '

'Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. 'House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. '

'Great little property and perfect for 2 people! We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, tote and cooler that were available to use, which we did every day! The location was great, just over the bridge from AMI and on a quiet street. We were in walking distance to some AMAZING little restaurants just across the street on the fishing pier. '

'Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house...
