Located in an ancient stone building by the border of the Seine river, the studio is right in the art & antique shop district. It is close to the oldest bridge of Paris, the Pont Neuf which leads directly to the ile de la Cité, with Notre Dame Cathedral on the right. Crossing the Seine, one reaches the Louvre museum in 2 mn. The studio is also neighbouring the lively heart of the Saint Germain area and the Latin Quarter.

This apartment is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.

Transportation is the easiest : The apartment is a couple of minutes from subway Cité or Saint-Michel and 5 mn from subway Odeon or Saint Germain des Prés.

This 24m² studio is perfectly adapted for a couple (or a family of 3) for a short to medium length stay. It sleeps a maximum of 3 guests (1 DBL + 1 sofa DBL convertible). It is on the first floor with elevator.

Entering the studio, one notices the stone wall, the wooden floor and the wonderful wooden beams.

The living room has a large bay window, which offers a nice view on a quiet private courtyard full of greeneries.

Design of the studio was carefully done. Materials are of top quality, wood and metal and modern. The studio is furnished with a working desk, a TV, a table, chairs, shelves and a comfortable convertible sofa that sleeps 2.

The mezzanine can be accessed by a stair running along the wall. Note : It can be used for sleeping only as it is not full body height and one can only stay seated on the bed. It is furnished with a double Futon (we limit rent to 3 guests. Ask specifically for 4 guests). Decoration is charming.

The designed open kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, stove…

Bathroom offers a modern comfortable shower with fixed and handy shower, sink and toilets. The bathroom washer washes but does not dry.

One immediately feels relaxed in this wood and stone atmosphere, bathed in light and viewing the greeneries in the courtyard.
