Perfect stay with Pad-à-Terre in the three-bedroom flat next ( literally) to the Louvre. Very comfortable, well set up, and in a quite simply in perfect spot. You can’t go wrong and solid service was there to back it up with a smile.

The flat was exactly as described. Very clean. Located in a very good area very safe. There were lots of restaurants and shopping around us. Everything was easily walkable. We got in late and was met by the agent. He walked through the apartment gave us all the information we needed and was very nice. We would highly recommend to stay here.

Great stay in Paris

Very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was great - everything you need steps away. Communication was very good and the place had everything we needed for our family of 5 (all adults).

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment was perfect. The amenities are very good. Proximity to places of interest (Notre Dame, the Louvre, Saint Chapelle, the Opera) and to the metro cannot be beat. The most difficult thing is that this is a 4th floor walkup with a spiral staircase with uneven treads, making it a bit treacherous if you are not careful. Also not great if you have a lot of heavy luggage unless you are strong or traveling with strong companions.

Paris stay in St Honore

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The location of the apartment is superb. And it was clean, well- equipped and as depicted on the internet. Also, James was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to communications. I recommend the apartment and would happily stay in it again.

Perfect Location, Fabulous Stay!

Family vacation in Paris

Fantastic location that is a 10 minute walk to Louvre, 5 minutes to Seine an Les Halles Metro station. The apartment easily accommodated 6 adults with nice common area for gathering. It was very clean with hotel quality linens. Spiral stairs to 3rd floor will be challenging for anyone with a disability.

Paris trip

Location is perfect. Apartment is beautiful! Had a wonderful time and enjoyed being able to sit together in the evening reliving our day. Used their car ride service. Highly recommend. It was a bit confusing at the airport, but that was our fault. Not the drivers. He was patient and very prompt to send and receive texts. Driver this morning was at the apartment promptly at 4:30am. The stairs to the apartment were daunting at first but we survived and our hearts thank us! Thank you James!

Great experience!

The Rue Saint Honore property is perfect. It is clean, updated and perfect for 2-3 couples or a family. Location was amazing as well with cafes, bars and restaurants right out the door. Very quiet also being on an upper floor. We would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable apartment in a great neighbourhood. Very quiet at night. The location can't be beat. Within walking distance to many of Paris's major attractions including the Louvre, Saint Chapelle, Notre Dame and the Left Bank. Many dining options right outside the door. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Amazing Memories in Les Halles

Our family of five came to Paris for spring break. The location of this property and the amenities are extremely rare for Paris. We had three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and plenty of space to rest after our daily adventures. The location is phenomenal. We loved the Italian restaurant next-door and the two markets within walking distance. Also, the boulangerie on the street is fantastic. In short, we cannot wait to visit again.

Great neighborhood

The location was excellent and the apartment itself nice but with some disappointments. There was no vacuum cleaner and the appliances in the kitchen were lousy and the cheapest of the cheapest. The dishwasher did not wash the dishes properly, the washing machine did not dry the clothes properly and the fridge has some elements that were broken. Other issue was that you needed to go up 3 flights of very perilous stairs to reach the apartment which was problematic with the suitcases. Also, a night bar was right next door meaning that on a Friday and Saturday night it was quite noisy until very, very late. Location was great and the neighborhood full of great places. The accommodation was certainly not the level of 5 stars.

Staff trip to Paris

The apartment was perfect for our staff trip to Paris. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The location is very close to many attractions. The Louvre is a short walk. Other sites are a short ride away. During our stay the restaurants closed due to virus so having a full equipped apartment came in handy. There are grocery, meat market, fruit and bakery within a block of apartment. If that was not enough James checked in to make sure were okay. I would high recommend this unit.

Outstanding flat and location

Our family looked at various hotels before opting to stay here. Because we had four people, two adults and two kids, hotels that could accommodate us were hard to find--unless we opted for the Presidential Suite. As we first entered the building, I did not have a great feeling with chipping paint on the wall. But once we got inside the flat, it was great. The location is also perfect. Right down the street there are several Michelin star restaurants that were not white table cloth and comfortable. Within walking distance there was a Vietnamese restaurant, two Mexican restaurants, a crepe restaurant, foie gras shop, and shopping area. There are also two incredible boulangeries, a deli with a ham off the bone that is cooked for 30 hours, and a fresh produce stand. That was our breakfast every morning. Finding a grocery store for milk, butter, and eggs was tougher. We echo the earlier reviews. The stairs are no joke but after eating our way across Paris, they helped us justify the pastries. Water pressure was very good. Water was hot. We turned the heat on during the last day, worked fine. Washer dryer set up was tricky. Would suggest photos showing how the dial and buttons to press. We washed and then hung our clothes to dry on the towel heaters. We opened a front window and back window to get fresh air going through. It was a quiet neighborhood, even on Friday and Saturday night. We walked to Luxembourg Gardens, Louvre, and other areas. If you want to feel like you are living in Paris and not just being a tourist, this flat will give you the neighborhood feel you are looking for.

We really enjoyed our time staying at this Paris apartment. The location is fantastic - a short walk to the Louvre and Ile de la Cité. The apartment was very nice, with a great choice of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment-Perfect location

Earlier this month, 7 of us stayed at the Louvre Museum Apartment. The location is quiet and perfect for a small group. James (the owner) was courteous with excellent and prompt communication. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again in the future. We had a few minor issues with the bathrooms so we contacted the owner which responded promptly.

Great location and wonderful host

We really loved our stay at this apartment. We traveled with our teenaged son and all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. It was truly a highlight of our multi-city European vacation. We wanted a location that allowed us easy access to cultural sites (first time in Paris) but also let us feel like we were living like Parisians. This location is on a quiet street but so close to everything. There was a picture perfect fruit market on the corner, the best baguettes in Paris 100 feet away, a gourmet shop with amazing pate plus 2 food stores within a few minutes walk. We felt very safe here. We were only 2 blocks from the Seine, the Louvre, St. George Pompidou and were surrounded by great cafes. Notre Dame and the other sites on the island were a quick 10 minute walk! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed making our own fresh coffee and breakfast each morning. The towel warmers were a huge benefit when we needed to dry our clothes faster than the dryer would. The manager/owner of this flat is very responsive and provided us a great check in experience. Our greeter was able to show us how everything worked and even contacted us to let us know we could enter the apartment a little earlier than expected! Post visit, I gave personal feedback to the host and again he was gracious and responsive. One personal suggestion if you are traveling with teenagers or anyone who is adventurous -- consider getting the App that allows you to log into an electric razor scooter. They are on any random street corner. It really made the trip fun for our 18 year old. My husband and I would go for a walk with no destination in mind, tell him where we ended up and he would come and meet us by scooter. One last note which we didn't consider before we chose this flat is that it is on the 3rd floor with a very charming staircase that rose in a spiral pattern to reach it. It was perfect for the experience but helpful to be aware of. Many other flats we considered were on higher floors. Overall, I would certainly consider this flat and location again. It was a pleasure staying here.
