Located on the first floor, this 28m² apartment offers a comfortable and functional environment for your stay. It comprises :

- a comfortable open-plan living room with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, and a dining area,
- an open kitchen with all the necessary equipment: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
- a cosy bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
- TV.
