'Room was beautiful, spotless, and the view was as expected. For me the elevators were a turn-off. Facial recognition on the elevators was lacking, so I had to get help from security every time I returned from my outings. One night,I waited 21 minutes on the "PB" (lower level) because one of the security men took the only access card to shut down access to the different floors. '

'Great property, amenities and especially VIEW of the boats coming in and out of the Panama Canal. Estaban is wonderful and arranged to pick us up from the airport. This is a quiet, peaceful property that we highly recommend for your stay in Panama City. 'We enjoyed staying here! It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful.
