« The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Good parking and an elevator will take you to the front door. The apartment was clean, well appointed, looked exactly like the photos, and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. We could have used an extra blanket. Everything was in working order. There was some road noise from College Street but nothing that would keep me from staying here again.This was a great place for the price and location. »

« There was no light at the entrance to the unit although other units were lighted. To arrive after 5:00 as required meant that we arrived for the first time to a dark door. The clothes washer shown in the host photos had a sign saying OUT OF ORDER ..NOT FOR USE. The tissue holder at the toilet and the shower soap dish were torn from the wall. The hot water at the lavatory had almost no pressure although the cold water did .. the one chair in the main room was impossible to sit in comfortably. »

« This was a great place to stay for our first trip to KC. This property is a block from the state line, so we had fun walking into Kansas for dinner one night. We were also able to walk to the neighborhood coffee shop one morning. The neighborhood is very quiet and next to a large park. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
