Come and stay at our family retreat 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms at the Terra Verde vacation resort. Your own private space, yet close to the clubhouse and pool. Just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Orlando's International Airport, restaurants and shops. A perfect spot to enjoy the parks and a spacious retreat to return to.

Terra Verde is a resort community and there is plenty to do if you want to skip the theme parks/crowds. The resort pool is great to swim in or you relax in your own private hot tub. You can have a drink at the poolside, rest in the nearby hammocks, or sit out on your own private patio. Entertainment for the kids includes a playground, mini golf, table tennis, games, basketball hoop and pool. For older kids/adults there is an exercise room, volley ball and a tennis court.

The theme parks are nearby. There are several other attractions less than 10 minutes. Celebration is a model town, planned by Disney, that is well worth a walk/cycle around. Dine in one of the great restaurants or sample the ice cream shop. Shingle Creek regional park has historic housing, a nature trail through the cypress swamp and an excellent canoe/kayak rental. center. You can canoe/kayak through pristine swamp and see birds and turtles. Further afield is Cape Kennedy, check for launch dates and see the museum. There is nothing more stunning than watching a rocket take off and then see the first stage land on the nearby pad.

We pride ourselves on a fully furnished, clean, and up to date unit. Additions include new tiling downstairs and laminate upstairs. The living room has a leather sofa bed. Our property manager is excellent and has an office on site . We have lots of entertainment options including a large TV. There is free internet throughout the villa. All bedrooms have TV and cable. There is also a selection of board games. Useful for the evenings or quiet days at home. Our townhouse is kid friendly with a crib/playpen, highchair, baby gate, and patio alarm. It is fully furnished with plenty of sets of towels for both the bathrooms and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped including pots, pans, coffee maker, kettle and lots of dishes and cutlery.

For added security our unit has an electronic door lock so you do not have to worry about late entry or losing the key plus an additional keyed entry if you want extra security. We actively solicit guest feedback and have added extra wine glasses, an overhead fan in the master bedroom and a BBQ in response to guest suggestions.

Please note there is a one time per vehicle $20 fee for a gate pass.
