We loved the house and the kids loved it also. They liked the bedrooms, the game room(FYI air hockey was not working and one of the motor cycle games has a half screen that is not working) and the pool of course. Everything was very clean and was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies.
We did have some issues that did put a damper on our vacation, the fridge was not working properly. It was not cold and the freezer was not making ice, we can live with the fact that we had to go buy ice while being at the house. The problem is that I informed the contact on Thursday the day after we got there, was informed that it could take up to 48 hours for a response, so what ever. No one showed up to look at the fridge until Tuesday the day before we leave so that would be a response time of around 100 hours. In between that time we had to through out most of the $400 worth of food that we bought on the first day. So not only did we toss out a lot of food, that meant we had to go out to dinner with 11 people and that's not cheep, so we were out that money that we were planning on saving by eating at home. So I don't know who is responsible for the response time on the repair to the fridge. The guy who came out on Tuesday was very nice and did get the fridge to cool down a bit but it was to little to late. Another issue we had was that we did not have any hot water from Friday to Sunday I don't know what the issue was there but that was just another issue that we had that would of been nice to get resolved the first day that we noticed that we had none. In stead it took two days for it to get resolved. If it was not for these two problems it would of been awesome but just having to spend so much money on groceries just to through them away really sucked. Then to have to spend the money to go out to eat on top of that was just another hit to the money out the door.
The area is great, house is very nice, just wish these issues could of been taken care of in a more timely fashion. Please let me know that you got this review and that it is shared with the owner or owners so they know also.
