Starter Supplies
A welcome starter kit is provided and includes toilet paper for every bathroom, paper towel, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, and basic kitchen cleaning supplies. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased nearby — Walmart is approximately 1.5 miles away.

Optional Add-Ons
• Pool heat: $30/day (minimum 3 consecutive days, requested at least 48 hours in advance)
• BBQ grill rental: $75 per stay
• Additional baby equipment available upon request for an added fee
Pool Heat Information
Pool heat is $30 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days, requested at least 48 hours in advance. Maximum water temperature is 90°F. Please note the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets — the spa and pool share the same heated water system. Additional details can be found in the House Rules section.

Housekeeping
Professional cleaning is completed before every arrival with fresh linens and towels. Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleanings may be requested for an additional fee.
Trash Disposal
Trash collection occurs daily. Please place all trash in sealed garbage bags and secure the raccoon lock on the outdoor trash bench — Florida raccoons are persistent!
