Located in Grand Palms. This Resort is located off Hwy 192 and Lindfields Blvd., just 4.5 miles west of Disney’s Main Gate!
This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa sleeps up to 6 people. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a full private bath & 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults).
This unit features 3 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included) .
This is a single level villa, so no one running over your head. You also have the convenience of parking at your front door. The villa has a small screened enclosed patio to enjoy a beverage of your choice and relax after a long day at the parks.
This complex has a large heated pool, spa, tennis courts, BBQ area with gazebo and a fitness room. Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm.
There are many restaurants, shopping, Target, Walmart and golf within 1 to 2 miles. Located only 2.5 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. Other things to note: There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. No Street Parking is Allowed. Additional free parking is available at the pool area. PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE GARAGE.
We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.
The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.
