Great Home that needs some TLC

Great location. Missing some necessities in the kitchen made it difficult to cook. I went to Walmart and bought what was needed. The refrigerator door was missing its shelves, no ice or water but there was water on the floor in front of the refrigerator several times. Overall it was a great stay. It's a beautiful Home. Needs some TLC!!

King Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at 8086 Roaring Creek Court! The home was welcoming, bright, and smelled fresh and clean. We appreciated the little extras like the blender, toaster, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. We had enough room to all be together and enough private spaces to be apart. Below are the things that we encountered that lessened our enjoyment while there.Bathroom nearest the front door- upon our arrival the sink was draining very, very slowly. We used a plunger to clear the clog.Kitchen sink- the water temperature was always lukewarm. We heated water on the stove to wash dishes and clean surfaces.Light over the stove did not work.Refrigerator- ice maker was not connected and, there were no shelves on the door which really limited our capacity for chilling beverages.Master Bedroom- the TV often only showed static.

Super experience

La maison est parfaite. Très grande, personne ne se pile sur les pieds. Les chambres sont grandes et distancés ce qui assure l'intimité. Proche de tous les restaurants et de rien de magasins. Surtout proche de tous les parcs. La piscine chauffé et le spa, tellement relaxant. Je recommande vivement.

This home was perfect for our first family trip to Disney! It is exceptionally clean, the layout was excellent- the common areas are spacious and the bedrooms provided privacy. Close enough for a quick ride to Disney but far enough away from the crowds. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The owner was prompt with responding to any questions. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return in the future.

Private pool with gas heat so even when temps drop it is warm plus hot tub! Best part on dead end street, no houses behind you, walk to play pickleball, tennis or basketball. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Layout of home is perfect if you have a houseful (we didn’t but if you do this is a great layout). Management is top notch, Jim answered all our questions in lightening speed. The TV had broke prior to our arrival had a smaller TV in its place but the next day arrived a new 65” TV for main room. Would love to rent next year but already booked solid!

Very clean, just needed to have a few lightbulbs replaced but not a major issue. Only issue we had was a smoker detector battery went dead on a vaulted ceiling and we couldn’t reach to replace it ourselves, it was after hours so we called the emergency line and no one responded. It was very hard to get a good nights sleep with it chirping all night and made for an extra long day at the parks with everyone still tired. That next day the the company owner responded to us saying “a fire alarm isn’t an emergency situation just because it was annoying to you” which isn’t a very great way to respond to a paying customer, but he did get someone to come change it while we were at the park so we didn’t have to hear it for a 2nd night.Other than that one situation it’s an excellent property and we would stay again.

Ants: We kept our food in the pantry, but the pantry became loaded with ants, as well as around the sink, stove, and counters around these areas.2. Pool light does not work.3. Book is outdated.4. TV's do not work in any of the bedrooms, and the TV in the living room does not work per the instructions on the wall.5. The oven temperature does not work, needs to be recalibrated. Took much longer to cook our Thanksgiving dinner.6. Dining room light switch works sometimes, and sometimes it does not.7. The can opener does not work at all.8. Clocks, you have clocks in the Kitchen and living that does not work, please put batteries in them.

Our Experience with this property

The location to Disney and major strip was great. As far as the house goes, check in was easy. As far as the actual house, the front door jammed constantly. House could have been cleaner, visible dust on furniture and rugs need super cleaning. Hot tub never got hot or even warm. House is a bit out dated, but big enough for a large family. The street where the house is was full of garbage on the sidewalks from other homes for days. No outside front door light so it was hard to open the front door in the dark. If you just want a large place to stay that is close to all major attractions, the house was fine, but if your looking for anything else as far as updates, cleanliness, I don’t recommend it.

Upon arrival our group was impressed with the size and space of the house. It met our needs for a last minute booking. We had paid extra for a BBQ and when we arrived it wasn’t there but it was brought to us several hours later (just hate having to call for these things) Just needs a few things to consider- no garbage bags, no paper towels and not even a sponge or dish soap but so we had to run out to purchase these items. Considering how much we cooked for our 3 day stay, 3 dishwasher pods did not work for a group of 9. They provide towels but a lot of them were old, some even ripped. The living room TV was difficult to access the cable, we could not get the lighting or speakers on for the backyard lighting. The beds were pretty hard and lacked pillows, which the ones given were pretty flat. There was a barstool was was broken and one of our pregnant guest nearly fell out of it. Aside from this the house had plenty of kitchen supplies for our cooking. Game room was a plus, we really enjoyed it. Rooms were a good size. Overall the stay was decent, would consider staying again.

Great pool and spa is HOT!

Had a nice time with the family. Place was clean, rooms were big and pool was great. Outdoor speakers for music, privacy fences on each side. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place. We want to move in!

Exceeded Our Expectations

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very skeptical of what the online version versus the real life version would be. Let me tell you, we have saved this location in our favorites and will be making a trip back just for the house. The location was about 10 minutes from all the Disney attractions. The house smelled amazing when you first walk in. Everything that we left at home (towels, appliances, utensils) was easily located at the house. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only issues we had was being able to set up a few of the TV's as they run off of internet; however, maintenance came out immediately and fixed it for us. We went in December, so the pool was freezing cold but for an extra fee, this could of been warmed up. Communication was great. Thank you for such an amazing time for our family.

July 2017 Stay

everything was nice, my family and I had a wonderful time during our stay our only complaint was that that house was hot on temperature that owners requested not to touch. I think tha it should be reconsidered for other families to not be hot and uncomfortable. My family also didn't know about blocking the sidewalk that my sister got a ticket about. They also didn't let us know someone comes and check premises everyday of our stay. My husband called to talk about trash and woman talked about us changing thermostat that she been in house two times every time we left. But other than that we enjoyed our stay and my kids want to make it second vacation for next year lol.
