The Space:

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome in Kissimmee sleeps your whole crew just seven miles from Walt Disney World — close enough to beat the crowds to rope drop, far enough to actually relax. The private screened pool and access to Solara Resort's clubhouse, FlowRider surf simulator, and heated resort pool mean everyone gets their kind of fun, whether that's theme parks or staying put.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The ground floor queen bedroom with its own TV and nearby full bathroom works beautifully for grandparents or early risers. Upstairs, the king suite with en-suite bathroom gives parents a proper retreat. The two themed rooms — one with twin beds and Mickey touches, the other a queen with basketball accents — let kids claim their own space, and they share a hallway bathroom. Every bedroom has a TV, so everyone can wind down their way.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-concept main floor flows easily from kitchen to dining to living, so you can prep breakfast while the kids watch cartoons. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and everything you need to cook family meals. The dining table seats eight, and there's a breakfast bar for four when you're eating in shifts. Upstairs, the loft lounge with Smart TV, PS4, and gaming chairs gives teens their own hangout zone.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private screened pool is tucked behind the townhome with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table — perfect for morning coffee or post-park swims. The half-bath by the pool means no wet feet tracking through the house.



Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to check email or plan your park days. The in-unit washer and dryer on the second floor mean you can pack lighter and keep everyone in clean clothes. Free parking on-site takes one worry off your plate. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must be requested at least seven days before arrival. A BBQ grill is available for an additional fee with 48 hours' notice. Starter supplies of paper towels, dish soap, and toiletries are provided but not restocked, so plan to pick up extras at the nearby Walmart or Publix. Washcloths are not provided. The Solara Resort clubhouse, FlowRider, fitness center, volleyball, soccer, basketball courts, and Solstice Bar & Grille are all just a short drive or walk away.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the townhome during your stay. And access, of course, to the resort amenities on site.

Getting Around:

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The unit is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really good restaurants and shopping centers. These are some approximate estimations of the most visited/famous places in Orlando:

Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All the access codes needed will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
