The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for the family to enjoy the Florida weather together.



The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after busy days exploring Central Florida. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



Inside, 2,874 square feet of living space provides plenty of room for families and groups to spread out. The main living area features a 55-inch TV, creating a comfortable central gathering place for movie nights or relaxing after the parks.
