Damage Waiver — Optional.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Security & Noise Monitoring

For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property is equipped with:

Exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house — for outdoor monitoring only. There are no cameras inside the property.

A noise monitoring sensor inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and local noise ordinances. This device monitors sound levels only — no audio is recorded.



📜 House Rules & Property Guidelines



🚗 Parking: Please park only in the driveway in front of the house. Do not park on the street or sidewalk under any circumstances — the HOA strictly enforces this rule, and vehicles will be towed without warning.



To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these important house rules:



🚭 No Smoking Indoors

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $2,500 fine will be imposed for violations, along with any costs related to cleaning, odor removal, or damage repair.



🏊 Pool Etiquette

Please help us maintain a clean and safe pool environment. Throwing trash, foreign objects, or inappropriate items into the pool is prohibited. A $150 fine will apply, plus any necessary cleaning or repair charges.



🗑️ Waste & Recycling

Trash must be properly sorted and disposed of in the designated bins for general waste and recycling. Non-compliance will result in a $100 cleaning fee to cover the additional labor required.



🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $150 fine and may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.



🐾 Pet Hygiene

If you're bringing a pet, please ensure it is house-trained and that cleanliness is maintained. Pet waste or accidents inside the home will incur a $150 fine, along with any additional cleaning or repair costs.



🧳Check-out Time

Check-out time is at 10:00AM.



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
