Best place for groups or families

This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s super clean, updated, perfect for our girls trip. It’s close to the convention center, and an easy walk to many restaurants and a grocery. It would also be good for families with the size of beds and space. This is an annual trip we take so we will be there again next year!

Huge condo!

This was the perfect condo. It was super clean and huge. Perfect for our group of 3 moms to travel for our daughter's dance competition. It would have also been perfect for a family. It was bigger than any 3 bedroom condo we've ever stayed in. Had everything we needed. Great location to convention center, walking distance to the grocery, restaurants, etc. Unit was updated and very clean and decorated nicely. The 2 king beds and 2 queens were a huge plus. Will absolutely stay here again next year!

Fabulous stay and location!

We stayed here the last weekend in April, and the condo and location are phenomenal. The condo is clean, spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were a hit, and the location can’t be beat! There are restaurants and a pharmacy in walking distance, and the convention center and Disney are a short drive. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!

Although place had a increased price, it was the same as any other unit. Very nice and clean inside. Check in process was intrusive as they wanted pictures of me holding credit card. Very good communication from management.

Very nice condo & property

Condo was just as described. Very roomy. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had an issue with the dishwasher & a maintenance person was at our door in 10 minutes. It was amazing. Great service.

Property was clean and as describe. One issue was clothes dryer which wasn’t working properly.. Monica accommodated our late check out with a fee of $75, she offered a complimentary 12 pm checkout vs. 10 am but we needed more time. Upon leaving, we brought several bags, which contained food and beverages, close to the elevator, left them to go back into the condo to get more, when we came back they disappeared, someone stole them.. not sure why someone would steal our groceries.. Other than the issues described above we enjoyed the property.

Christmas 2022

We decided to take the boys to Universal and SeaWorld for the 1st time. The reviews and photos were spot on. We were amazed at how spacious the condo is, it felt like home. Everyone was comfortable, other families were friendly, there is a Walgreens within walking distance. Sea World and Universal Studios is only a short drive away. There is a trail behind the property which allowed me to go on a morning walk/jog which was awesome.

Nicely decorated property but would say the appliances were a bit old and the cooling was very, very noisy. Neighbours above made a lot of noise which we could hear through the floors so this was a negative for us. Good location, good access to the parks and restaurants.

Just as advertised. Modern condo. Clean. Lots of space. Nice balcony on 3rd of 4 floors. Overlooks the parking lot so not a great view but quiet area. Close to pool and walking path. Would stay again.
