Great house for a big group of people, however it was a bit beat up most likely due to it being a VRBO. We didn’t have the pool heated but thought it was strange that the hot tub was cold too. The bunk beds in the room with the slides were very rickety and they would creak with any movement. Overall, it was a good house that fit many people.

Overall the house is nice and game room is fun. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because pool was very cloudy and had hair ties on the floor so you can tell it isn’t managed all that well. Besides that overall we enjoyed the house.

Family Fun

It was a great stay with the family. The kids loved the rooms, and we couldn't get them out of the pool. I wish the pool cleaning schedule had been communicated. We planned to just have a chill pool day at the house on Thursday, but the pool guy came and put chemicals in the pool, so we had to wait two hours to get in.

Great Family Stay

We had a great family vacation stay here! Communication with the propery management was quick, location was super convenient and house was beautiful however a few things is we didnt get to utilize the movie room due to the projector not working. We did reach out to the property manager and they had someone come out to check it out however it still wasn't working. I wish we would have known the pool has no privacy. You can see all neighbors in the back yard. The Hideaway Waterpark was beautiful and the kids enjoyed it with so much activities to do for all ages including the lazy river, kayaking, water slides, mini golf and volleyball! Overall our stay was beautiful and the house was great for our stay! We really enjoyed it! Thank you.

We had a blast and the house/ amenities are awesome! However, there was no explanation about where to go to get a pass for the gates and, once we got a pass, the gates and pass didn’t work half the time. We had to wait for someone to exit and sneak through the gate that way.

Amazing home

This home is next level, if you’re looking for the best house to stay at for a family vacation this is it! All of the kids rooms were designed with great detail, and the arcade room has so much to offer. We had a great stay here and the property managers made sure our pool was heated as requested. 10/10!

House not in great condition and not well-stocked

This house appears very nice in the photos, but is in pretty rough condition, lots of marks on the walls and needs a thorough cleaning. Our group was accused of putting a hole in the wall that was there when we arrived. Given the condition of the walls, I didn't think to report it. My mistake! The house is not well-stocked at all. It is supposed to sleep 26 people and there are hardly any pans/pots in the kitchen. You also get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel and minimal cleaning supplies (like hand soap) so plan to go to the store and spend some money on basics. They do give you 1 towel per person so that's great! The complex is gated and you must have a pass to get in. The pass they gave us for our cars didn't work. The pass also doesn't work after 7PM so you have to call if you're arriving anytime after 7PM or follow someone into the complex. The neighborhood is also super loud, but that didn't bother our group. It's a convenient location for Disney parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports.

Great family vacation spot

I have NO complaints. Everything was good (it’s not easy to please me). The check in/check out process is easy and accommodating. You also have an option to pay for early check in or late check out but you can’t do it until 24 hrs before you arrive. The house decor is nice! The pictures don’t do some of the rooms justice. I found a floor plan online somewhere. I just wish I didn’t have to go searching for it. I needed to know which rooms were near bathrooms, etc because we had handicapped family members. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than I expected but were still a great size. There’s a big media screen but we couldn’t figure out how to work it and we had some tech-y people with us. Some family members said they saw bugs all over their rooms upstairs. I didn’t see them but my room was downstairs. Some people might find this point to be a negative but it didn’t bother us….many neighbors partied all night long. I mean, until 3-4am with loud music. This happened every night we were there. It didn’t bother us because we were hanging out by the pool anyway and it didn’t wake the small kids. There’s a small water park on the premises. This was perfect. Since we had so many children, this was a free way to keep them entertained for a day. There’s a shopping center with a Target at the entrance. I don’t have any complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Great space & amenities, but poor emergency communication & critter issues

This property was truly as advertised - we were impressed by the decor, space, & amenities provided. By and large my deduction of stars has little to do with the space itself. While I’d say that 87-90% of our stay at this residence was overwhelmingly positive, it’s the issues surrounding the remaining percentages that bring this review down. The 1st issue is mentioned in previous reviews and it’s the roaches and bugs. On night one alone, I had to kill 5 different roaches myself, & that’s not including ones that someone else may have gotten to before I did. Thankfully they weren’t exactly rampant and we didn’t see an Invasion of them the whole trip, but they’re clearly a known issue and something further should be done by mgt. As for the 2nd issue, & this is the main one for me - the power went out around 5:30pm on the 3rd night of our stay, luckily for us, this didn’t hinder our plans much since we’d planned for a pool day and grilling out. But besides potential discomfort, the biggest issue is that despite serval of the management company residences being affected, I was the one who had to reach out and beg for any update or information regarding restoration ETAs from the power company. While nice, unfortunately the representatives they have working their call center are clearly not equipped to communicate or act in case of a power outage - and if they are, then the training was not effective. Spoke to two different reps who said my calling the complaint in was the first they’d heard of it. The 1st rep never got back to me again, 1hr later I called and got the 2nd rep who at least did attempt to follow up. The chain of command was broken as the rep directed me to the security gate office since last she heard someone was on property to fix the issues for all the residences, but then the security gate sent me to the property clubhouse which is independent of the residence owner and couldn’t help. the clubhouse rep at least helped me put in a “report and outage” request for my residence directly into the power company website. Then the last I heard from the company regarding the issue was a text that read “hi, after getting back with our resources, unfortunately we cannot contact anyone since it is an electric company issue, so you’ll have to wait until it’s fixed. Thanks for understanding”. Power was restored around 9:15pm, but that was after we sprang for flashlights & such since we knew we couldn’t see in the dark.

Our overall experience was great! The home was clean and beautiful, the pictures are spot on! The only issue was with the air conditioning system. Temp stayed around 78 on lower level, very uncomfortable. I reached out using the number provided for customer service, left message but never received a call back. Hopefully the air issue will be repaired for future guest. Thanks Dennis!

Enjoyed Game Room and Kids Slide Bedroom

Overall the property was true to advertisement. There were some things that were damaged, such as the blinds in the master bathroom. Would suggest getting those fixed for privacy as other guest are at the pool. Also, that hot water heater may need maintenance due to the property can cater to a large group we did experience the hot water running out as different guest took showers. Parking was not an issue and we had 6 SUVs. Other than the improvements listed we, and especially the kids enjoyed their stay!
