Luxury 9 bd/5 Bath with private Pool and Spa Home 140

This gorgeous and spacious nine-bedroom/five-bathroom home is sure to impress you from the moment you arrive. The ample living space is perfect for large groups or families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Downstairs you have a bedroom featuring a queen bed. Upstairs you have five bedrooms featuring a queen bed, a bedroom with two twins and a full bed, another bedroom featuring two twin beds, and the master bedroom featuring a king bed and attached bath. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the loft of upstairs for a movie with your family and friends or check out the private swimming pool with spa out on the patio. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool/ hot tub heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat. We also have grills available for rental for $50 based on availability. This specific home is pet friendly. We do not charge a pet fee. However, pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule. 

Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.
Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21.

Once you’ve explored the home, head over to the Oasis Club for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.

Every time I had a question or problem I was able to call or email and got a response right away. I called about a problem with one of the toilets , I called and someone was there within 10 minutes and the problem got solved within 15 minutes.

Great stay for a large family! Pet friendly!

Great stay- excellent location and very large property. We will be back next year! Only complaints, not quite enough utensils for the number of people and wish the carpet was removed/cleaned, otherwise beautiful place!

We booked this property while evacuating from our area which was to take a direct hit from Hurricane Milton. We were very pleased with the property overall, given the circumstances. It was clean, stocked pretty decently with the essentials and in a great neighborhood. The neighbor who has lived next door to the property for 5 years was very nice and it was fun chatting with him. There was a small issue at the gate with them not having the names of everyone in our party which was quickly resolved. The only note I would have for the property owner would be to add some games, maybe a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, etc. for the kiddos to enjoy in the garage which was empty. They did have a great time hanging out upstairs in the tv area which they had all to themselves while the adults stayed downstairs watching the impending storm on the news. We felt safe and there was thankfully no damage to the property besides some cleanup after the storm. We would like to thank the property mgmt for their prompt responses and special allowance they gave during this very scary and stressful time. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful house with rodents

I loved the home it was so beautiful. It was very tidy just had rats. I was terrified my entire stay scared of the rats. Beds and refrigerator was broken. The host communicated very well. Unfortunately it was nothing that could be done about the rats at that time. Didn’t ask to move us she kept us in a rat infested home. So unfair because I paid so much for a weekend with rats. Maintenance came several times stating he was already aware of the problem and would be back. Never returned. The host emailed me stating an exterminator was coming. The entire ordeal was unfair. First night no one stayed at the house due to rats. Everyone left a day early due to them being uncomfortable. Waste of money. Nice house though

Great Rental After Day 1

Positives: the house is very large with lots of space for large groups. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and backs to the golf course, which was fantastic. Out of all properties we have stayed at, this offered the most privacy and parking. It was also perfect for our dog because it had a lot of grass space on the property. The negatives were mainly just encountered within the first 24 hours, but were enough to make us regret our choice. We had issues with the air conditioning until the middle of the first night. The bottom level remained cool but the top was 85 degrees. We made multiple contacts and the repair crew came out several times. 3rd time was the charm I guess. So, the first night was very uncomfortable for the majority of the guests. Then, the hot tub just mysterically drained while we were sitting in it. We called and the crew came to look at that. It happened a few times on Day one and then on Day 2 it was fine. There was a switch on the side that they crew informed us about that fills it back up. We never could get the tv working in the upstairs bedroom with the 2 twin beds and the hall bathroom upstairs had issues with flushing/clogging, but we never reported those two things bc our frustration. It just seemed like a lot to deal with. My husband was looking forward to just relaxing, but everything ended up falling on him to deal with it. I appreciate how helpful management was. We come each year, but would not choose this house again in the future.

Good 3 Night Stay

Overall place was really nice clean had everything we needed. My only issue was the AC upstairs did not work the communication about the issue was great, but there was nothing done to have stable air flow my entire trip the temp upstairs stayed at 78 (maybe 74) the first night and after that 78 and there are NO ceiling fans throughout the whole house. Other than the AC everything was GREAT! I would book again but just would like to have confirmation on AC working fine before my stay!

The property was very clean upon arrival. We paid for heating pool but it took 3 days for it to actually be warm. Two days staying there noted water on ceiling that was coming from hvac that made the carpet wet for remainder of stay.

The check in process was easy. The home was very spacious, we had a group with ages 3 mths to 60. Every one enjoyed their self. We celebrated my son 8th birthday, the room with the marvel characters bed spread was a big hit for him!

Place was clean and beautifully decorated! Everything worked and check in was convenient. It was ok, could have been better.

The stay was great to to be with family. However, there were a few roaches in the kitchen and it wasn’t as clean as it should have been in the house, especially with the pandemic of COVID-19. We spent about an hour cleaning before we could enjoy ourselves. The location was perfect and the spacing was great. The biggest issue was the legs of the dining room chair were stripped and unstable. One of the legs came off and my aunt fell in the floor. She was in pain the remainder of the trip. We had a great time together despite a few cleanliness and furniture stability issues.

The home looked exactly like the photos. However the communication with the property manager was not good, I paid extra for a heated pool and two days out of my stay the pool was cold not even the jacuzzi was hot. This trip was amazing just relaxing with friends and family, getting away for the routine and the stress of COVID-19 was the best. We were a group of 20 people including kids from 4 yrs old, we all had so much fun, the house just like the pictures tell, rooms very spacious, kitchen has ALL we needed. I definitely would stay here again. All of us we very happy.
