SOLARA RESORT
Solara is one of the newest vacation home resorts in the Orlando area with first-class amenities for an amazing vacation experience. The resort and homes were built by Mattamy Homes, and the amenities are operated by Leland Management. Within Solara, you will find a beautiful 18-acre complex with a restaurant, cafeteria, bar, sundries shop, gym, and a green area for outdoor exercises. In addition to this, you can find the incredible Flow Rider®, a surf simulator that is the delight of adults and children. You can also enjoy the gratifying climate-controlled pool, or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. - USEFUL INFORMATION

• PARKING
Parking is free.

Limit of 6 cars per house.

Street Parking is NOT PERMITTED.
Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.

Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are NOT permitted at Solara Resort.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

* The maintenance company might appear during your stay to clean the pool without prior notice.*

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $80 All Stay

PETS
• We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.
•Pet fee : 95$per pet.
•If you have unauthorized pet during your stay a $250,00 fine will be charged.
• Pet weight maximum 35 lbs.
•Maximum of 03 small pets.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home.

• FOOD AND CONDIMENTS
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
