Just off the kitchen, is the warm dining room with enough seating for 10 and a wine fridge.

This house offers 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a king master with a with 55” smart tv, cable, and bathroom access with a shower/bath combo. The second bedroom is a 2 queen master with a 55” smart tv, cable, desk with lamp, access to 2nd floor back patio, large built-in closet and with a bathroom with double vanity, large corner tub, and shower. The third bedroom is a king master with a 55” smart tv, cable, access to the upstairs back balcony, a large built-in closet, and a bathroom with double vanity, large tub, and large shower. The fourth bedroom offers a twin over full bunk (space theme), 42” smart tv, cable, two gaming chairs, and bathroom access with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom is a full with trundle master with a 50” smart tv, cable, girls vanity corner, small front balcony and bathroom with single vanity with tub/shower.

The balcony has plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful views of a golf course. Terms And Conditions:
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
