The comfortable home has a laid-back style and tons of great amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and washer and dryer. The home is part of the sought-after Storey Lake community, boasting its own great list of amenities.

Cool off in the afternoons, splashing in the backyard pool under the protection of the screened lanai. The pool deck has two loungers for quiet siestas and a patio table that makes dining al fresco easy.
**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

When it’s time to come in, the modern living room has plenty of spots for everyone to hang out, as well as a flat-screen TV and pool table. The sleek kitchen has everything needed for meal prep—stainless appliances, plenty of prep space on the granite counters and a panty. Seat four at the kitchen island and six around the formal dining table.

Let the gorgeous décor and comfy king bed lull you into a good night’s sleep in the first bedroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and chic touches.

Bedrooms #3 and #4 are fit for the younger crowd with a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a full bed. Leave the sleeping bags at home—there’s room for everyone! You’ll get a cool contemporary vibe in the fifth bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed.

Storey Lake is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the best sites in Orlando. You don't have to leave the resort though to find plenty to do - Storey Lake offers a swimming pool with lazy river, two water slides, splash pad, beach area, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and other outdoor sports. Guests also have access to the poolside café, clubhouse, fitness facility and business center.

We booked this stay for our kids’ spring break, a mini-vacation, and to celebrate my recent graduation. Overall, we had a decent time and even wished we could have stayed a little longer, but a few things definitely could have been a lot better. The temperature in the house was very inconsistent—some areas were noticeably hot while others were cold. Seating was also an issue; there was really no comfortable seating available other than the chairs at the dining table and the kitchen counter. We also struggled with the locks on both the front door and the pool door, which kept jamming and were hard to secure.One of the biggest letdowns was the freezer. It wasn't getting cold enough, and the ice cream we bought for the kids' sundaes completely melted overnight. I ended up having to clean out the refrigerator because of the massive mess it made. Finally, the parking was confusing (we came back one night and there were no spots available under the house), and we also wish we would paid extra for the heated pool feature. It was an okay stay overall, but addressing these maintenance issues would make it a much better experience.

BEAUTIFUL place, but customer service needs improvement.

The house is beautiful, and the condominium is awesome, but wish their customer service was better! I contacted Casiola office by emails and phone call about an issue. The pool heater wasn't on like I requested. I emailed multiple times, including sending pictures of the heater off, but kept being told to wait 24hours for it to fully heat up. after stressful couple hours trying to get somebody to come over, gave up on using the pool. At the end, nobody ever came to check on it, and I never got to use the house's pool. The outside BBQ was leaking gas, but decided just to shut it off and not even try to get it replaced as talk to their office became stressful. Beautiful house, had a good time, despite issues.

Family Disney Trip

We have rented in the Storey Lake community many times before, and this was the least desirable home we’ve ever stayed at. To start, we got to the home right at 4pm after driving 8 hrs. The cleaners were still at the house and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish up, not terrible, but for the lack of work done, it was very frustrating. Then our entry code didn’t work. The phone number to Casiola Homes was not connecting so it took another 30 minutes before we received a working code to get in the house. This was after multiple phone calls and emails. Secondly, the bed description was not as described. It was supposed to have two King beds and it only had one. I called Casiola again, and two representatives told me it should only have one king, but then they double checked the VRBO listing and saw that it said it had two kings. I also have screenshots of the listing and I double checked on my end to be sure it wasn’t my misunderstanding. They didn’t care about this at all, and did nothing to alleviate some of the stress that this would cause during our week long trip. While normally this might not be a problem for some, we booked this specifically for those accommodations with our young children and our sleeping arrangements. We ended up having to separate the families to make the bed situation work, which was less than ideal. Our young children can’t sleep in the bunks provided, but overall this would be great for families that have slightly older children. Third, the home was not very clean. The bathroom toilets are all stained, the toilet paper holders are coming out of the walls, & there was hair from previous guests still on the floors and showers. The walls were disgusting in traffic areas and going up the stairs with dirty hand marks, scuffs and food stains in the kitchen , and there was a visible leak area above the laundry room doors. In addition, the furniture is not in great condition. The dining room chairs all have stains on them from food/drinks and the carpet could use a good cleaning. Basically, the pictures make this out to be much nicer than in person. We were very disappointed in this rental and won’t be staying with them again. After multiple calls and emails, we never once received a call back from superior management. While our trip to Disney was great, our accommodations were not. The only thing this place has for them is the location in proximity to Disney and other parks.
