Cap off your evenings with a relaxing soak in the private, bubbling hot tub on the patio while you enjoy a fresh homemade margarita under the glittering night sky.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Pack & play, high chair, and stroller for guest use at this home.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Commercial/recreational vehicles including boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted.

• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”

• Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• In case of hurricanes, inclimate weather, or necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.



Margaritaville Resort is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World and just 16 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. The nearby Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more!
