Enjoy this exceptional luxurious townhouse end unit. Professionally decorated with all premium furnishings, it's perfect for your next business trip or family vacation.

The unmatched location is adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center and directly across from the new EPIC Universe and Shingle Creek Golf Resort. Other exciting places such as Sea World, ICON Park, Pointe Orlando, Eye Wheel, Top Golf, and Andretti Racing are very close-by, Also, Disney and other Universal theme parks are just a short drive away.

A multi-level unit with its own driveway and garage and nearly 1800 square feet of living space, it includes three bedrooms with a king size bedroom on the lower level and both a king size and twin bedroom on the third level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and each bed has a premium luxury mattress that provides the perfect retreat after a long day at the convention center or amusement park. In addition, there is a great room and full kitchen on the second level, with new stainless-steel appliances and Cuisinart cookware set. All rooms are well appointed including extra pillows, blankets and towels. A large flat screen smart tv, with premier subscription cable tv, is in each of the bedrooms and the great room. There is also free lightning high speed internet service with a wireless router. Ceiling fans are in the great room and each bedroom for use as an alternative or complement to the properties' quiet operating HVAC system. The property also has its own driveway and garage.

This unit was outstanding and perfect for our family! It is close to several of the theme parks in Orlando, especially the new Epic Universe (less than two miles). All of the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the shared spaces were great for meals and hanging out. The resort is safe, has lots of amenities and is close to stores and restaurants. The host provided excellent communication. We loved our stay!!

Halloween Horror Nights Stay

We came into Orlando for the beginning of Halloween Horror Nights. This apartment gave us a great place to relax and recharge and get a good night sleep! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and everything you would need to make breakfast or dinner. The TV's are large and you get a huge selection of channels. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful 3-Level Townhouse Condo Rental- PERFECT for our National Volleyball Tournament

PERFECT 3-Level Townhouse Condo rental, that was spacious, comfortable, inviting, and well furnished with comfortable beds, furniture, kitchen necessities, and appliances! Having the 3.5 bathrooms, garage, & private driveway was a bonus! Larry, the host was very hospitable and prompt with communication, advice, feedback, and troubleshooting our needs or concerns! All was well very comfortable stay especially for a larger family, for me it was just my spouse and I. The property is very secure and has a shopping center two blocks away with a Publix ( full grocery store largest chain in Florida) gas station, Walgreens, restaurants etc within the two block radius. The price was very competitive and the townhouse was very clean and well maintained.

As long as you're ok with stairs, this is a great place to stay. 3 comfy bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, and 3.5 bathrooms were fantastic for our extended family stay.

Great Vacation Stay!

Great location if you are visiting Universal. The house was very clean when we arrived. Very spacious and comfortable. Larry, our host, was accommodating and communicative. It’s a great place if you are traveling as a family of four with some friends or additional family. My kids and my husband and I were able to be upstairs on the third floor, and our friends had their own space on the first floor. Everyone had privacy, and our friends could be away from “kid noise” when they wanted to be. The only thing to be aware of (we were, and chose to stay anyway, so this is not a complaint) is that the laundry is in the closet of the downstairs bedroom. So, (1) it takes up space where you could otherwise hang clothes; and (2) it’s a little awkward if you are traveling with friends and need to go into their bedroom to do laundry. Again, we asked where the laundry facilities were and knew this before booking - the reviews were so good we decided we didn’t care about a little awkwardness.

Rather than stay at a hotel (2 rooms) at WAY too high inflated prices, decided on this. A GREAT decision. Just minutes from International Drive. Never received the instruction for entry, but the property manager was great. Responded to texts. Got us the instructions. No issue. I appreciate when someone actually response, and this was a plus. Place is exactly as described. Clean, kitchen stocked, etc. No issues at all. Much better than a sterile hotel room at 1/3 the cost.
