Located in Storey Lake Resort, this spacious home has plenty to offer with its tasteful furniture and bright/airy decor. The open plan living room features a large sectional sofa and comfy armchairs which is perfect for the entire family to relax and enjoy, especially after a long day at the theme parks. Enhancing that experience is a 65” smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to make your family meals in the comfort of your own space while still being able to join in the fun. There are ample seating options for eating with 8 seats at the dining table and an additional 4 at the kitchen island.
Off from the kitchen to the rear of the home is the King primary bedroom with full ensuite bathroom. The bedroom features a 42-inch SmartTV. The bathroom features double sink with large shower. There is also a door to access the pool area.
At the front of the home there is a Queen contemporary Mickey themed bedroom with 42” SmartTV with a full bathroom adjacent to it. There is also a dedicated COOLED games room. No expense has been spared in the games room. Catering to all ages, the family will love the pool table, foosball, table pub table and 50" SmartTV.
Upstairs you will find the second King primary bedroom with a double sink ensuite bathroom and a large soaking tub to relax after a long day. There is also a shower separate from the tub.
There is one of a kind kids themed StarWars bedroom which has bunk twin over double bed with an additional slide out trundle bed.. The “coastal refresh” room has two double beds while the. Each room also has it own SmartTV.
To compliment these rooms are a further two full bathrooms to allow the children to enjoy “bath time”.
The upstairs den has a sectional sofa with an additional chair. There is a 55” SmartTV as well for even more entertainment.
If you're in the mood to dine Al-Fresco, feel free to venture outside to the screened in patio where you'll find an additional dining table with 8 seats. Want to cool down from the Florida sunshine? Take a dip in the screened-in pool or hot tub/spa!
For your convenience, this home also includes a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, central air, cable TV and FREE WIFI. Storey Lake is located within minutes of all attractions that Orlando has to offer. In this home, relaxation and serenity are just a stay away!

There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items.
If you did not request pool heat when placing your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on. If you arrive and wish to add this service, there is a USD 50.00 call out fee in addition to the pool/spa heat fees. Electric pool heat is $30.00 per day plus tax. Pool heat has a 4 consecutive day minimum and must be booked for the duration of the stay.
Pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F. We are unable to adjust this setting. If the temperature is in this range and it is not comfortable for you, the only option would be to turn the pool heat off. There are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.
Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
RESORT TRASH RULES: All trash must be bagged in 13gal bags and placed in the trash bench by the front door for collection. If the trash bench is not available/full excess trash must be brought to the community dumpster.
