THE SPACE

Welcome to your perfect family getaway, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse in the modern Le Rêve community, just minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it pairs two private suites and two themed kids' rooms with your own screened-in splash pool.

Child Safety: The private pool is equipped with a removable CHILD SAFETY FENCE for added peace of mind.

Main Floor
The open-plan main floor is perfect for gathering. The living room features a 55" Smart TV and flows into a dining area for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. A half bath serves the main floor, and the home also includes a dedicated workspace.

Outdoors
After a fun-filled day, retreat to your private, screened-in patio. Take a dip in the splash pool or simply relax and enjoy the Florida air.

GETTING AROUND

We recommend having a vehicle to explore Orlando's theme parks, shopping and dining at your own pace. On-site parking is available.

HOUSE RULES

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book is 21

• Towels, linens, hair dryers, an iron and an ironing board are provided
• A starter pack of essentials is included
• Washcloths are not provided

• A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available upon request

• Pool heat is available for $30 + tax per night
• Heat must be requested at least 2 days before check-in

• Grill is available for $65 + tax per stay, including one propane tank
• Grill must be requested before check-in
