THE SPACE

Welcome to your gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, perfectly situated next to the clubhouse in the exclusive Solara Resort. Designed for families and groups of up to 13 guests, this modern, spacious home blends comfort and fun, with a private screened pool and spa just steps from the living area.

Child Safety: The private pool is equipped with a removable CHILD SAFETY FENCE for added peace of mind.

Main Floor
The bright, open-concept main floor features a stylish living room, a dining area for sharing meals and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. For indoor entertainment, challenge your family to a game at the private pool table.

Step outside to your private, screened-in patio to splash in the pool or relax in the attached spa, with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture for long Florida afternoons.

Upstairs
Four comfortable bedrooms are designed for restful nights:
• Primary Suite: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Full over Full bunk bed plus a trundle bed, perfect for kids
• Bedroom 4: Two Full beds

The three guest bedrooms share two full, modern bathrooms. For your convenience, the home also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi.

GETTING AROUND

The home offers easy driving access to Orlando's major theme parks, shopping centers and dining destinations. We recommend having a vehicle for maximum flexibility. On-site parking is available.

HOUSE RULES

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book is 21

• Towels, linens, hair dryers, an iron and an ironing board are provided
• A starter pack of essentials is included
• Washcloths are not provided

• A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available upon request

• Pool/Spa heat is available for $30 + tax per night
• Heat must be requested at least 2 days before check-in
• The spa is not a hot tub; the pool and spa heat to the same temperature

• Grill is available for $65 + tax per stay, including one propane tank
• Grill must be requested before check-in
