Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, perfect for a restful night. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two full beds, giving everyone their own cozy spot.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster and all the cooking essentials you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. A large dining table invites you to gather for meals, and the covered patio extends the dining experience outdoors on warm evenings.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio and balcony to enjoy Orlando’s pleasant weather. The covered back patio provides ample seating for meals or relaxed conversation, and the seasonal pool offers a refreshing dip when the sun is shining. Free parking on the premises adds convenience for your arrivals and departures.

Central air and ceiling fans keep the home cool throughout the day. A full‑size washer and dryer, free Wi‑Fi and bathroom essentials—including shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel—make daily routines effortless. The gated community adds an extra layer of security for peace of mind.

Located in Kissimmee, the townhouse sits just minutes from Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the Magic Kingdom, putting the region’s top attractions within easy reach. Nearby dining and entertainment options give you plenty of choices for evenings out.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
