Downstairs:

Cook family meals in the kitchen that is equipped with everything you could need. You have glassware and plasticware for the outdoors, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, serving dishes etc.

Master bedroom #1 (Jellyfish) has a king bed with TV (cable, Netflix, Disney+), a private bathroom, bathtub, standalone shower, and private door to backyard.

Guest bedroom #2 (Octopus) main floor has a king bed a TV (cable, Netflix, Disney+).

Game room – This gameroom is an entertainment paradise for all ages. It features a sleek air hockey table for fast-paced games, a classic foosball table for a game of soccer, a stylish pool table for billiards enthusiasts, a video game setup with 40 different games to choose from, and a flat screen TV for gaming or movies. The gaming experience is made even more comfortable with the addition of gaming chairs, providing support and comfort for hours of gaming of viewing fun. Whether you’re into fast paced action, strategic games, or just looking for a fun way to relax, this gameroom has something for everyone.

A backyard with a private fenced pool, spa, loungers, grill and table is the epitome of outdoor luxury and relaxation. Take a dip in the sparkling pool or soak in the warm waters of the spa, and feel the stress of the day melt away. Lounge on one of the comfortable loungers and soak up the sun, or gather around the grill for a delicious meal with friends and family. Privacy curtains are located on the side of the lanai for a more intimate experience. Propane tank for the grill Propane tank for the grill is provided. Propane is filled on a regular basis, but if it is empty upon arrival the guest will need to refill (location nearby) and we will happily refund the cost of the propane. Winter Months (Nov-May) Pool heating charge: $40.00 per day for the pool and spa or $20.00 per day for the spa only. Long term stays flat rates (contact host for amount).

Hello and welcome to our home. We have some general house rules:

1. Primary overnight and daytime occupant must be 21 years of age or older, we reserve the right to verify.
2. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first.
3. Entire house is for your use.
