**1ST FLOOR BEDROOMS:**
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (+ Bathroom next to it)

**2ND FLOOR BEDROOMS:**
Master Suite: 1 King Bed
Harry Potter Bedroom: 1 Bunk Bed (sleeps 4)
Mickey & Minnie Room: 2 Twin Beds
1 Shared Bathroom

**Pet-Friendly Charges & Damage Protection Fee:**
Notify us on pets: how many, weight, breed.
Max pet weight 35 lbs / Max 2 small pets
-Pet Fee: $105 + tax (per pet)
-Pet Damage Protection Fee: $250 (refundable)

The Pet Damage Protection Fee is refundable if the house is left in original condition. Damages caused by pets are guest's responsibility and will be charged to the Damage Protection Fee or credit card.

**POOL HEATER INFO:**
Fee: $25 + tax per day, request at booking or 3 days prior.
Must stay on for reservation length or minimum 5 days.
Spa only warms if pool heater is on.
Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM, temperature: 82°-88°F (varying).
Recommend pool heating Sept-May.

Pool Size: 7.5 ft x 14 ft. Pool Depth: 3-4 ft.

**BBQ GRILL RENTAL:**
Fee: $50 + tax for use.
Guests exchange propane; fee covers cleaning and equipment wear.

**LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:**
Reservations over 21 days require extra cleaning services, varying by house size.
Regular Cleaning: same cost as booking cleaning fee.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: no towel/linen wash, almost half regular cost.

**ENTRY INTO HOME:**
Home arrival instructions sent 3 days prior. Use provided electronic door code.

**SAFETY:**
Home has security cameras outside.

If adding services like Pool Heating or BBQ Grill Rental, inform us after booking.
You will receive an email for an electronic signature for our rental agreement.

**PACKAGES:**
No USPS deliveries; use UPS or FedEx for packages.
Packages delivered to Clubhouse, subject to $10 fee.
Oversized packages not accepted.

**PARKING:**
No trailers, RVs, or golf carts allowed.

**HOUSEKEEPING:**
No daily cleaning included; Mid-Stay Cleaning is available for a fee.

**FOOD:**
Due to Florida law, no open food left in house; items will be removed after checkout.
