Host was great and very responsive. However, the house has certainly taken some abuse from a continuous stream of Disney guests. Microwave in rough shape, pool table beat up and not overly clean. Another major issue was reentering the gated community. The host sends a QR code which must be scanned at the gate. It is NOT user friendly and there would often be a long line of guests trying to get in, most of the time unsuccessfully. We witnessed countless guests running the gate when the car in front of them finally managed to get the QR to scan. Overall nice place, but needs some TLC and some tweaking for ease of entry.
