GREAT PLACE! Lots of space within the house and the rooms. Very very clean when we arrived. Beds are extremely comfortable. Game Room is a game changer for this spot. Pool was amazing and the pond out back was so much fun to fish. Only complaint I have is I wish I could’ve stayed longer. GREAT PLACE AND WE WILL FOR SURE BE BACK!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying here for the week. The place was beautiful and the pool was great. The king bed could use a mattress upgrade but otherwise, everything was great! Would definitely rent again!

Spring Break!!

We traveled from Boston to Orlando for a five day vacation and it was totally worth it the house was even more beautiful in person. It was so clean and neat. We enjoyed the pool and the arcade. The view of the lake was so pretty and peaceful. The house is in a perfect location 30 mins from everything. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you!!

The Pool Was Green!

It doesn’t matter whether the place is clean or dirty…modern or outdated means nothing when…After two phone calls and four emails telling them the pool was green the pool technician told me yes the pool is green but there was nothing wrong with it chemically and the management company said that the pool was fine and gave many stupid excuses for a green pool and never came out…Having pictures that clearly shows thick strip of algae and mold on side of the filter and at least 24 (counting from my pictures) of the 6inch tiles on the grout there is dark green not white grout..missing grout from multiple tiles…a hole in the concrete in the corner and the pool was green….I disputed paying for the heat for the pool because we couldn’t use the pool it had algae and it was green….it’s unfortunate I can’t put pictures with this review but I do have pictures for the credit card company so I can guarantee I won’t be paying for the pool heat. BTW don’t ask the management co about codes for pool or where anything is in neighborhood…they instruct you to ask at guard gate..there is no welcome book nor instructions except for garbage pickup. This is a direct quote from management co. “The fact you have not received an instant response over the weekend with our office closed on a Sunday, does not mean your emails are being ignored.” So if you have a problem on Sunday, the office is closed on Sunday. Would NEVER rent from Key Vacations in Florida again.

Orlando Trip

My family had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and close to all attractions. Restaurants and stores were also close by. We had great communication with the hosts. Any questions we had were answered within a very timely manner. We expressed concern when the AC was not working in the game room when we checked in. The next day, while we were at the parks, a brand new portable AC was installed in the game room which kept it very cool and comfortable for the remainder of our stay. We really appreciated the quick response and also the immediate solution to the issue. Overall is this a great house to stay when visiting Orlando.

Hot & uncomfortable

It was not disclosed to us prior to booking that there was no air conditioning in the game room. The game room was the main reason for us booking the house. When we returned from a day out at attractions, we returned to a temperature of 80 degrees in the house! Two fans & lights in the property was not working at all during our 5 day stay. Also, the stove was not plugged in, nor was the ice maker on when we arrived. When you know guests are scheduled in, why would all amenities not be on and working. I use VRBO a lot, but the nonresponsiveness on issues with this trip will make me go elsewhere.

Absolutely beautiful

Took my girlfriend and her two girls down to a week long get away in Kissimmee. Last year we rented another one of Shaun’s properties, we knew what to expect . The girls however , it was their first time and they absolutely fell in love with the home and the area . Whenever I vacation in Kissimmee I will always try to book one of Shaun’s properties. I will always recommend shaun !!!!!

Family fun and fishing

We enjoyed our stay! The house suited our family of 5 very well and our children enjoyed the game room! I was impressed that all of the games were working! Our boys fished in all of the on property ponds and caught some nice largemouth bass. We took advantage of the tennis court and swimming pool a few times, but the weather was cold and heating the pool didn't work well with the cold weather.

Will Stay here again and recommend to friends

My wife and two girls stayed here in early December of 2023. We are somewhat of locals and make a trip to the area every year from the panhandle. We usually choose a different place each time. After this stay, we will always look here first to see if this home is available. We really enjoyed our time there. And finally for once a CLEAN HOME!!!

Family vacation

The property was very enjoyable. The home was very clean, check in was easy, property was beautiful and the host responded to all communications. My husband and kids loved walking out back to fishs and caught several bass. The neighbor was very nice and told us about all the ducks in the neighborhood and shared that they even had names which my kids enjoyed. The neighbor was quiet. Shopping was right around the corner. Walmart is 5 mins away and you don't have to go out on the main busy road. This was a plus because it took 30 to 40 mintues to drive 5 to 7 miles depending on the day and where you wanted to go. The pool at the house was nice and warm and my little kids loved the splash pad at the community pool.

The villa was beyond our expectations, clean, spacious, fully equipped and well looked after. Excellent location for Disney and lots of restaurants etc. the view of the lake was beautiful and surroundings quiet. Any queries we had before and during our stay were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. Could not fault our stay at all. Would highly recommend.
