'Nice stay. Staff friendly & welcoming. Food wasn’t the best but done the job'

'Nice welcome, nice room and everything good, the pool area is excellent as usual, steam room had maintenance, so discount voucher given for next visit, very fair. Reception staff were very poly and helpful, rooms clean and good service. We ate in the bar a couple of times and again staff excellent and qualified food was superb.. another great stay.'

'The staff were welcoming and accommodated a midnight check-in with no issues. The hotel is warm and inviting with modern amenities and well presented especially with origins from the 15th century!! Excellent friendly service and perfect location, right on a main shopping and dining thoroughfare also within a few mins walk to the train station. Highly recommend! '

'Comfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. '

'Kan enige renovatie gebruiken Doorspoelen wc slecht waterkraan in badkamer geeft onvoldoende water voor normaal gebruik en je moet kinderhandjes hebben om iets water in je handen te krijgen Er staan 4 sterren op de wand bij de ingang maak daar maar 2.5 van'
