'This was our second stay at Sleep Inn Charleston. The rooms are a good size with large bathrooms. The toilet is separate from the shower which is nice; however, the room with the toilet is small and on our second time staying had a weird door set up that knocked against the door to the larger area of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was closed and the fitness room hadn’t been open for a long period of time. We enjoyed walking over to Crackle Barrel for dinner.'

'The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were...

'No issues, stay here and enjoy'

'Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Updated and well maintained property close to the highway. What more could you want?'

'We started in a Suite, was nice and clean, bathroom sink drained slow but was fine, as we settled down on the couch to watch a movie, we could hear water running , just thought it was from the room above, we was on the 2nd floor, about two hours in, we could hear water hitting the carpet need to the TV, that’s when we could see water dripping hard, drywall was peeling back. That’s also when we noticed about the door water stains in the drywall. I called the front desk, he advised we will need...

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch.'

'Geen vier sterren maar eerder twee.'

'Hotel was a quick walk away from the colosseum and plenty of food options near. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.'

'This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.'

'Room clean, good breakfast, good location'

'Enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and the front desk was very professionally and accommodating. I Truly enjoyed my stay.'

'My sheets were stained. The place looks filthy!'

'We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!'
