« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. Thank you La Quinta, you become a reference. »

« Comfortable room but not a great range of breakfast items. Many of us do not eat sugary food for breakfast. »

« Awesome place »

« We really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in and the beautiful views that the property provided. However, we went to go get coffee on the morning of our checkout and we came back to the cleaning staff already in our cabin whenever we still had an hour left to checkout. So we felt like we were being pushed out whenever we were looking forward to coming back to drink our coffee on the back porch for the last hour of our stay. Thankfully, they were nice and did leave when we got back, but it still...

« Parfait pour un séjour en famille paradis pour les golfeurs rien a redire ... Préférez le grille plutôt que le Resto piscine super personnel super »

« Awesome place to stay. Cozy, very helpful staff. Perfect location! »

« My hubby and I enjoyed our stay at Woodland House at Coolfont--the bed was comfortable and the setting in the woods was a delight. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they dealt with a problem we had right away. Our servers at the restaurant were very nice, and the lunch we had our first day was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't as well done (our eggs were overcooked and the bacon was floppy). And at dinner, I ordered a drink from the bar which was so long in coming...

« This facility is definitely not up to normal DoubleTree standards that I am accustomed to. The building is somewhat run down, no breakfast was included, king size room was extremely small, the TV only had local channels. When I booked the room it stated cable TV and breakfast. I would not stay there again. »

« Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again. »

« Saw some dead flies and couple of bugs in room »

« Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely excellent. We stayed in the Hawthorn North Suite. Room: I would have enjoyed a firmer mattress. My wife had no complaints, but I had to place a pillow under my legs for back comfort. The soaking tub was quite nice; however, only one person could fit in the tub and there were no built-in water or air jets. Cottage: There was a beautiful, in-tune piano to which we had access. There was also a pool table in the...

« Although the clerk on arrival was very quiet, the staff in general was very friendly. Breakfast options were good and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the lobby upon arrival. »
