« I really enjoyed my stay here. The property was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. Everything was conveniently located—grocery stores, restaurants, and shops were just a short walk away, and having easy parking made it even better. The area felt welcoming and relaxing, with plenty of options for dining and exploring the local culture. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again. »

« This cabin was exactly as advertised what I was looking for. It was quaint, quiet, and cozy. The property owners were great with communication throughout my stay. Location is extremely remote which was perfect for me. Not much cell reception but WiFi worked great. Would most certainly stay again. »

« My husband and I loved this cabin. It felt like home. Very clean. Beautiful view and we loved the hot tub. We will definitely be back. »

« Cozy cabin that was immaculately cleaned and made for a great escape from the city. Check-in/check-out was simple, and it was easy to settle into the place quickly. We enjoyed roadting marshmallows in the outdoor brick fireplace which was well stocked with firewood and kindling. »

« This gorgeous little cabin was absolutely perfect for our short getaway! It's a quick (and lovely) drive to Shenandoah National Park and other attractions (highly recommend Old Hill Cider close by). Would absolutely stay here again. PS - Keep an eye out for the local deer...they are not afraid of people! »

« Perfect get away to find peace and recharge. Spent four nights at Lakota to escape the DC hustle and left refreshed. Bed was very comfortable as was the couch and outside furniture. Kitchen is well equipped. The cabin sits back from the main road and is obscured by trees from the road behind so plenty of privacy and quiet. The recently graded and smoothed access road is gravel which wasn't an issue with our SUV and we saw plenty of non-SUV vehicles going up and down (early September)....

« We loved our stay here. The view of the mountains is stunning, the house was comfortable and well furnished, and Miguel was very responsive to any questions. It’s only a short drive to Woodstock where you can get good food/coffee/etc. and near a lot of great parks and hikes. I’m sure it would be gorgeous in the fall or winter and we would definitely come back to this property. The driveway is steep so a larger car is helpful but if you drive slowly most vehicles would likely be fine. The kitchen...

« Amazing view of the mountains and the river out back. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you could need for cooking, including a variety of spices and good kitchen knives. Game room was an amazing bonus! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing and quiet vacation! »

« Great property!! Matt was extremely helpful in setting up a tubing experience. Took approximately 2 hrs. Cabin was decorated nicely, fully stocked with water and breakfast items( eggs, bacon, pancake mix). Would definitely stay again!! »
