Hotels met waterpark in Oostkust

'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'This is our 2nd year booking a weeks stay over Christmas. This time my husband and I booked a suite, our adult children had their own room. We find this hotel great value for the money. Our kids are in their 20's and enjoy the party atmosphere. It is generally a younger crowd. Lots of pools to choose from; quiet to crazy. The bars are efficient and we never waited long for drinks. 'We stayed in a Diamond Club room and had an incredible week. Jorge made our stay simple and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and more. The staff was more than pleasant and the Diamond club pool was amazing. We always were able to find a spot with no issue. The lazy river was a favourite and the entertainment was incredible for all ages! We loved our week at Royalton Bavaro! '
