'Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. '

'I went to Redrocf on 6109 East 43rd Street The clerk came out very disrespectful in talking crazy and I already paid for my room alone he had before my ID in my card I said you don't need my ID my card because all you need is an itinerary number cuz I've already paid for the room so I stayed the same hotel last week we want to do one and I did have to pay a f****** deposit so being him going back and forth I said I got $6 cash that's what I want to take no money off my car no more I don't see...

'The property is welcome to pets, except there is trash all over and pretty big holes in the grass areas. Found room and hotel mostly clean, but in need of repairs and smelly. Staff was helpful. '

'Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. 'Great place!! Loved the new movie theatre vibe downstairs. Very responsive and even left snacks! Place was clean and smelled so good when we arrived. Also had lots of space for everyone. '

'We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. '
