« Great place!! Loved the new movie theatre vibe downstairs. Very responsive and even left snacks! Place was clean and smelled so good when we arrived. Also had lots of space for everyone. »

My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for. « there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...

First night I asked desk manager for another Barh Towel, told check back in morning after 8 am, "laundry room closed". room came with 1 towel for 2 people. After 2 nights I asked is somebody going to clean our room and replace our poor excuse for linens, told by desk manager, "it's only upon request". Bottom line they should be charging for the rooms by the hour due to activities witnessed, non stop. ...
