« Brushed and Bold has a great location in RiNO, close to good restaurants and bars on Larimer. Check-in and entry was easy. Parking on the street was not a problem. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. »

« Location was great, unit was in poor condition. Kitchen faucet leaked, walls were very dirty with scuf marks and looked like blood or buggers on bathroom door jamb. Bathroom (barndoor) wouldn't shut all the way. Bed was supper hard. Was rented to 5 bodies with only 4 sleeping spots so we had to buy a blow up mattress. »

« The unit itself was perfect. The common areas were a lil brat up and trash pick up was slow. Trash tended to pile up in the common areas. Not the most sound proof but fine overall. Could hear neighbors above walking. Could hear the street traffick and bar across the street. Loved that you cld open the windows for fresh air and the patio view of the city was awesome! »
