« If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here. The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. We offered to swing by where the person live in our taxi, to pick up the key, but there was a requirement that...

« It was perfect. Close to everything. The only hiccup was struggling to communicate with wonderful Italy prior to our trip but other than that it was a wonderful stay. They allowed us a couple of hours early drop off which was really helpful. The property manager was always available if we had any issues. My only suggestion is to provide small amenities in the kitchen like sugar, ketchup, salt and a day or two of coffee. Just enough, in case we are not able to get to the supermarket. While, we...
