'Top hotel!'

'I have been going to this hotel for the past 8 years. It is sad to see that it has not been maintained at all. The carpets need upgrading, the rooms need new paint, the washrooms have rusted mirrors, and the cabinets are all chipped. This is no longer a 5-star hotel. Also, the lovely breakfast buffet now has these horrible machines that do coffee and sludge water for tea, forcing the client to get their coffee/tea but delivering badly tasting water and coffee. Why would you place two of those...

'The rooms were perfect and comfortable, the staff are really helpful and nice they make my breakfast as take away what's really pleasure. Shuttle service are good but sometimes overfull'

'Schone kamer, goed ontbijt.

'personnel was extremely friendly and efficient, although I wish they would speak more languages. The rooms were excellent, although the air conditioning was very noisy. The rooms were clean, although the tiles in the bathroom were turning yellow and they clearly needed a deeper cleaning.'

'The room had no air conditioning. After we complained, the hotel provided only a fan, which was not an adequate substitute. It was so hot that we could not sleep properly for two nights, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The bed was also extremely hard .The room offered very few basic amenities, there was no coffee, tea, or drinking water. Even the dining area did not have a microwave. I am really disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Given almost €150 per night price, we...

'Alles klopt!

'Prices have increased, but the quality decreased. Bathroom drainage was bad and equipment is of low quality. And on top of that no hot water on day 2. I cancelled my next booking and l'll never book this hotel again'
