« I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »

« Great looking hotel for a 3-star hotel. My stay overall was ok. I have 3 comments to make: 1. My room was serviced only once during my 3-night stay. 2. Not sure about the other floors but the 7th floor hallway had a peculiar smell and it was humid & musty. My room was ok, but I despised the trek all the way down to the other end of the hall to get to my room everyday. 3. Parking is kinda rough. I was lucky enough to find parking at the hotel everyday and not park at the garage across the street....
