'Het hotel is ok. Kamer is ruim en goed uitgerust. Er is een binnen en buiten zwembad. Staf bij de receptie is echter verveeld en onvriendelijk. Uitchecken is niet zomaar gebeurt. Beddengoed moet afgehaald worden en handdoeken op de vloer. Servies met de hand afwassen als er geen vaatwasser is. Je vraagt je zelf af wat de schoonmakers nog moeten doen. Voor een kort verblijf zou ik hier zeker niet meer verblijven. Zeker ook omdat het wat uit de buurt ligt van doorgaande wegen.'

'From the pleasant staff to the comfy cozy, clean atmosphere of the room, this resort is a definite “go to” experience while vacationing in the Berkshires. The resort attractions are a family fun filled adventures that are great to experience. Our favorite was the ski lift to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. 'Beautiful and pleasant hotel close to several nice bars and restaurants. Only disadvantage are the early breakfast times (till 9 am). Breakfast was excellent though.'
