I couldn’t open it, but luckily my sister was with me and was able to.When I checked out, I also had trouble and gave up and was about to ring the contact number, but tried again - and it worked first time. I have no idea what I did differently. »

« L’hébergement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipe, a une distance de marche raisonnable de Salamanca. En revanche, la communication est déplorable. Nous n’avons jamais reçu le code permettant de récupérer la clef, et sans l’aide d’un client sur place (qui a rencontré le même problème) et qui a pu téléphoner pour nous, nous aurions sans doute couché dehors. Aucune réponse à nos mails, ni de message d’excuse ou autre. Nous ne reviendrons pas. »

« The house was great and street parking is available in front of the property. The house was our base as we explored Hobart. We drove out for dinner each evening (we were there on a public holiday and the weekend) and got to the city quickly.The beds were comfortable and had bed warming ejecting »
