'Goede ligging op weg naar Baxter State Park. In nabije buurt voldoende winkels en resto aanwezig. Ontbijt is beperkt (muffins/yoghurt/granen) maar verzorgd. Kamers en badkamer zijn ruim en proper. '

'We were scheduled to stay for two nites beginning 9/9/2026. However, upon entering the lobby, we were met with a very strong odor of mold/mildew, which continued down the hallways and into our rooms (2). After immediate chest congestion set in, we decided to find different lodging for our second nite. Secondly, there was a strong smell of sewer gas in the hallway. 'This was a lovely little two day stay. Adorable room, so welcoming, and well-positioned for adventures in the northwoods!'

'The motel is dated. Carpet is dark brown indoor/outdoor. Rooms have a musty odor. Towels are thin, bed spreads have not been laundered recently. Beds were reasonably comfortable, tv worked, there is a coffee maker in the room. And a full refrigerator so bring your own cream. Desk staff were pleasant. Room was quiet.'

'Construction on both sides very loud when we were there, no dock was disappointed we paid alot more going thru vrbo, would of enjoyed a dock but oh well. Spoke to Billy a very nice man and he said discount next time and was very informative about going thru them direct my mistake. Wish vrbo would of told us about dock both sides of us had very nice docks to go in enjoy the view. Otherwise nice location, nice small cabin, and very clean.'

'hotel is geen hotel. er staat een gebouw met 4 kamers en een telefoon buiten. een soort luxe uitvoering van formule1. je krijgt een code voor de deur en verder zoek je het maar uit. ik ben benieuwd wat er gebeurd als je last hebt van mede gasten, want er is geen receptie en geen personeel.... mooie kamer. ruim tv aanbod. '

'I really enjoyed staying in the solar cabins, under the night time stars. It's much cheaper than motels and far better, weather permitting. A welcome break from the routine for travelers and tourists and visitors. There's an outside kitchen, + a bathroom /toilet shed. Grill up some burgers on that gas!'
