'The room is very big and suitable for family. The airport shuttle is on time. It is a decent airport hotel.'

'Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor.'

'As soon as we arrived, we were forced to use valet parking there was no other option. After checking in, we tried to use the elevator and almost got stuck in it. Luckily, the doors opened back up, and we got out immediately. We then had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. As we walked through the hallways, there was construction everywhere. 'Remodeled rooms are excellent! The fitness center was closed because they stored mattresses there, the pool was full of bugs because it was not scammed/cleaned regularly. We were a little disappointed because the breakfast area was being remodeled, and there was only grab and go available, we typically enjoy the full breakfast when we stay there. The only challenge with our room was the door knob on the inside of the room came off the day we were leaving, but we contacted one of the repair...
