'Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no?'

'Very difficult to het in and out of if you're driving in. Neat old building but definitely needs a better maintenance plan. Rooms are a little beat up. No blackout curtains and portable AC in the room. Mini fridge barley works. Water pressure in shower is the best I've had in a hotel so that's a plus. Close to strip district.'
