'The hotel was excellent- but honestly, even if it was terrible I’d give 5 stars just for the staff! They were incredibly kind, helpful, personable. So sweet to my kids, so knowledgeable about the area as well as surrounding areas. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!!'

'We had booked three nights but only stayed two. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed and we were not notified. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the table next to us sent their food back. Not just one person at the table, all four sent their food back. We should have taken that as a sign and left but after traveling all day we just wanted to eat and relax. The drinks were bad, just bad. Even my daughter’s Shirley Temple was disgusting. They used seltzer water instead...
